If your business allows cancelation of appointments on the Webstore and Consumer Mobile App (CMA), you can display a disclaimer text to your guests stating the terms and conditions for the appointment cancelation.

To add/edit the cancelation policy

  1. At the center-level, navigate to Admin > Organization > Centers > Online Booking.
    The Online Booking settings open.

  2. Expand the Webstore V2 Settings tab.
  3. Scroll down and locate the field Cancelation Policy.
  4. Add a new cancelation policy or edit if you already have a policy.

5. Click Save.

You have successfully added/edited the cancelation policy.
