When your guests book an appointment on the Consumer Mobile App, there will be cases when they want to cancel the appointments due to many reasons. 

Note: You must enable the setting Allow Cancel Appointments in the advanced settings of the app. Reach out to  Zenoti Customer Services to enable this feature. 

Guests can cancel their appointments in two ways:

  1. From the home screen
  2. From the Appointments screen.

From the home screen

  1. Log in to the CMA.
    The home screen appears and CMA displays the Upcoming Appointments section.
  2. Tap the more icon (indicated by three vertical dots) besides the Upcoming Appointments section. 

   The More Info screen appears and displays the following options:

  • Call
  • Get Directions
  • Reschedule Appointment
  • Cancel Appointment

  3. Tap Cancel Appointment.
      You will see a pop-up with the following message: Are you sure you want
       to cancel the appointment?
 

  4. Tap OK to cancel the appointment.
      The Cancel Appointment screen opens and prompts you to enter a
      cancelation reason. 

   5. Select any of the pre-configured reasons or select Others.
       The cancelation reason text box appears.
       Note: You must specify a reason for the cancelation if you select the
       option as Others.
   6. Enter the cancelation reason in the text box.
   7. Tap Submit.
       The appointment is canceled. 

From the Appointments screen

  1. Log in to CMA.
    If the guest is returning, then the home page appears as soon as the guest launches the app. The center is also pre-selected.
  2. Tap the hamburger icon on the top left to open the menu.

    3. Tap Appointments.
        The Upcoming and Past appointment tabs appear. 

     4. Tap the Upcoming appointments tab.
         The Upcoming appointments tab displays all the upcoming appointments.
     5. Tap the more icon (indicated by 3 vertical dots).
         The pop-up menu appears.

 4. Tap Cancel Appointment.
      You will see a pop-up with the following message: Are you sure you want
      to cancel the appointment?
 

  5. Tap OK to cancel the appointment.
      The Cancel Appointment screen opens and prompts you to enter a
      cancelation reason. 

   6. Select any of the pre-configured reasons or select Others.
       The cancelation reason text box appears.
       Note: You must specify a reason for the cancelation if you select the
       option as Others.
   7. Enter the cancelation reason in the text box.
   8. Tap Submit.
       The appointment is canceled.
