You can cancel only active membership for a guest.
For example, if the membership is in Inactive state, you cannot cancel the membership. To cancel, you need to change the membership status as Active.
You cannot see the Cancel button for memberships in the following scenarios:
- If the membership is in inactive state.
- If you do not have required permission to cancel a membership. This permission is limited to the following roles: Marketing Manager, Manager, Zonal Manager, and Owner.
- If there is a payment due to collect towards the membership on a future date.
If you don't see the Cancel Membership button, you probably don't belong to one of the roles mentioned above. If you feel you should have the permission, talk to the administrator of your organization to assign the appropriate permissions to you.
