The Marketing Dashboard page helps you easily view and measure the effectiveness of your campaigns by using graphs.

To view the dashboard

1. At the organization level, navigate to Marketing > Campaigns > Dashboard.
   The Campaigns Dashboard page appears.

2. On the top right, you can select any of the predefined durations such as Last 7 Days, Month to Date, Last 2 Months, Last 3 Months, or Year to Date. However, if you want to manually specify a date range, select Custom Range, and then click Apply.

On the top left, you can view the results based on the date selected.
Note: If you are viewing the report at the center level, you will only be able to view
   results for that center.

The dashboard shows reports as graphical charts and numerical values in the following four panels:
   - Summary panel
   - Recent Customer Activity panel
   - History panel
   - Engagement panel
   - Top Performers panel

Lets see each panel in detail

The Summary Panel

The Summary panel shows the summary of results from your email marketing campaigns for the selected time period.

This panel shows the following:

  • Email Sent: The total number of emails sent to the guests.
  • Open Rate: The total number of emails opened by the guests divided by the total number of times an email was delivered. (Total Opens/Total Delivered).
  • Unsubscribe Rate: The total email recipients who have chosen to unsubscribe.
  • Click Rate: The total number of clicks performed by the recipient divided by the total number of times an email was delivered. (Total Clicks / Total Delivered)

The Recent Customer Activity Panel

The Recent Customer Activity panel shows the top three discount-related email campaigns. It shows you the sales performance of the email campaigns for the past week, with the latest on top.

For example, if a campaign-related discount was sold today it appears on the top of the list, followed by the rest.

Understanding the Charts on the Dashboard

The History Panel

The chart in the History panel allows you to view how the campaigns performed within the time frame specified. You can view a graphical representation of the data based on the filter selected.

Note: When you place your mouse pointer over a data point it shows you details related to the filter.

Dashboard Filters

From the drop-down list on the right-hand side, select a filter to view the data from different viewpoints. The available filters are:

  • Revenue: The history of total revenue generated by the emails that were sent as part of the campaign for the selected time period. This filter is applied by default.
  • Opens: The total number of times an email is opened by email recipients (original recipients or email forwards). An open is counted every time the email is opened.
  • Open Rate: The total number of times an email was opened divided by the total number of times an email was delivered. (Total Opens / Total Delivered)
  • Clicks: The total number of times the link in the email campaign is clicked.
  • Clickthrough Rate: The total clicks by the recipients divided by the total number of times an email was delivered. (Total Clickthroughs / Total Delivered).
  • Click to Open Rate: The unique clicks in the email by the original recipient divided by the unique opens by the original recipient (Clicked Sends / Opened Sends).
  • Conversions: The total number of times a campaign was purchased divided by the number of times the campaign was viewed. (Total Campaign Purchase / Total Campaign Views).
  • Conversion Rate: The total number of campaigns converted into potential business divided by the number of times campaigns were delivered (Total Conversions / Total Delivered).
  • Bounces: A bounce is an email or text that is returned to the sender because it was unable to reach the recipient's inbox or mobile. This is based on the total emails that returned a soft bounceback (Total Failed sends / Total attempted sends).
  • Bounce Rate: The total number of soft bouncebacks divided by the total emails sent. (Total Bouncebacks / Total Sends).

The Engagement Panel

The chart in the Engagement panel allows you to view the level of engagement for the email campaigns that was sent within the specified time frame.

Since the chart reflects the email campaign activity such as opens, clickthroughs, click to open, conversions, or bounces regardless of the time frame you specified for the dashboard, you can use the filter that appears on the top right-hand side of the Engagement panel to view the monthly or yearly activity.

Dashboard Filters

Use one of the following filter results section of the dashboard to view the campaign data on the dashboard as per your preference:

  • Month over Month: You can view level of engagement in percentage for a month based on the time frame selected.
  • Year over Year: You can view the campaign engagement in percentage for the current year.

The Top Performers Panel

The chart in the Top Performers panel displays key performance metrics for the top performing email by each campaign. For comparison, the purple colored vertical bars in each graph represent data based on the filter selected for the specified time frame.
