Zenoti allows you to create templates for sending email, text, and app notifications to your guest. With the help of these templates, you can send messages that convey the status of Auto-pay transactions, thereby keeping your guests updated.

The template editor allows you to send emails, texts and push notifications to your guest for two instances:

  • When Auto-Pay is a success
  • When Auto-Pay is a failure

Important: You must create templates for both of the instances.

You must open the template editor to create all the required templates.

To open the template editor

  1. Ensure you are at the organization level.
  2. Navigate to Admin > Organization > Organizations > Email/Texts.
    The Email/Text settings page opens.
  3. Scroll down to locate Zenoti Go.
  4. Click Edit for either Auto-pay Failure or Auto-pay Success.
    The template editor opens.

The template editor consists of three sections:

For example, the [CenterName] macro gets replaced with the actual center’s name.
Important: Zenoti recommends that you enter the text for the body of the email, in the Plain Text field as well as in the HTML field.
