The Guest Feedback Details (v2) report helps business owners track ratings, micro feedback, and comments given by guests who visited the business. This report also tracks details such as the invoice number, service details such as the services the guest booked, the date of the service, and the name of the provider in the selected time period.

To view a trend in overall ratings, business owners can use the Guest Feedback Summary (v2) report which is a graphical report. 

Before You Begin

Ensure that the Feedback Details report is enabled from the organization level (Admin >  Organization > Organizations > Reports tab > Loyalty >  Feedback Summary (V2) > Feedback Details).
