As a business, you must try to gather feedback from your guests in an effort to engage your guests and keep them loyal to your business. In this process, guests may also give you negative feedback. It is important for you to take this feedback seriously and try and improve your ratings as soon as possible. 

For example, from the screenshot above, you can see that 2 guests each from Los Angeles and Seattle will not recommend your business to others, in the time frame you specify using filters.
