If you want your business to succeed, it is important to collect feedback as soon as guests complete their services. While you must ensure that all guests get an opportunity to leave feedback, you must also ensure that guests can give feedback in a few simple steps within a few minutes. 

Analytics Express collates feedback-related data and presents it to you based on the filters you select. As business owners, you can then further analyze the feedback for each of the questions in your feedback form. 

Using smileys to indicate satisfaction levels of guests, this section consolidates data and presents information on the following:

  • Overall satisfaction: This section gives you the average feedback from your guests across all questions and invoices.
  • Satisfaction based on each Question (Q 1, 2, 3, and 4): This section shows the feedback guests gave your business per question. Based on the average feedback per question, this section shows dynamic smileys. You may interpret the rating as follows:  
    a) 4.5 to 5 = Highly Satisfied
    b) 4 to 4.5 = Satisfied
    c) 3 to 4 = Neutral
    d) 2 to 3 = Unsatisfied
    e) 0 to 2 = Highly Unsatisfied

Note: The order of the questions may not be in the same sequence as in the Feedback Form.  

For example, in the above screenshot, the overall satisfaction was very high (rating was between 4.5 to 5), but for the question regarding providers or therapists, Q4, the rating was just ‘satisfied’ (rating was between 4 and 4.5).
