By looking at feedback from your guests, as business owners, you can get clues as to what really matters to your customer base, how you can invest in services that did not get great feedback, how to improve the motivation of your providers so that they provide better services, how business compares across your centers and more.
In this section of the dashboard, you can view:
- Total Invoices with Feedback: This section provides the count or the number of invoices within the date range you specify (from filters) or which feedback was given for at least one question in the feedback form shared/shown to guests. For example, in the above screenshot, the total number of invoices that got feedback in the specified date range is 34.
- Percentage (%) of Total Invoices: This section gives the percentage % of invoices on which guests gave feedback based on the total number of service invoices that were billed during the date range you specify (from filters). For example, in the above screenshot, the percentage of total invoices that got feedback in the specified date range is 0.4%.
