You can configure various center level settings to enable and set up the Booking Wizard for your center. The Booking Wizard automates routine tasks such as looking for time slots, providers, and rooms making it easier for you at the front desk to manage bookings smoothly and accurately. To configure center level settings for the Booking Wizard

  1. Ensure that you are at the center level. 
  2. Click Admin > Organization > Centers > Name of the center > Settings tab > Appointment Book section. 
  3. Select or specify your entries based on your requirements for the Booking Wizard.
    The settings are:
    a) Enable Appointment Book Wizard: Select this checkbox to enable the Booking Wizard for your center.
    b) Enable Edit in Appointment Book Wizard: Select this checkbox if you want the front desk to edit appointments that were booked using the Booking Wizard.
    c) Preserve Booking Order of Services: Select this checkbox if you want to ensure that guests get to take the services in the order in which they were booked. Zenoti defines an order of some service combinations, for example, haircut is done before hair color. If you select this checkbox, and book the hair color service first and then the haircut service, then Zenoti performs the services in this same order, overriding the Zenoti-defined order.
    d) Enable Advanced mode in Booking Wizard: Select this checkbox if you want to enable booking appointments with time-gaps in between services for single guests, couples, or for groups (of up to six guests).
  4. Click Save.
