Apart from setting up the processor in Zenoti, you should setup the following configurations, so that, Moneris can process your card payments (online and at-center):

  1. Complete configurations in Moneris Merchant Resource Center 
  2. Set up your Ingenico iPP320 device for Cloud 

In this article, you will learn how to complete configurations in Moneris’ merchant resource center.

Before you begin

To login to the merchant resource center of Moneris, you need to have:

  • User ID
  • Store ID 
  • Password

Configurations in Merchant Center 

To process online payments received through Webstore and get the ability to store credit card of guests, to their profiles in Zenoti, you must setup two configurations in Moneris’ Merchant Resource Center:

  • Hosted Vault Configuration
  • Hosted Paypage Configuration

To set the configurations in merchant center

  1. Log in to Moneris Merchant Resource Center using your User ID, Store ID, and Password.

       Purchase page appears.
  2. Set up the Hosted Vault Configuration:
      a. From Purchase page, navigate to Vault > Hosted Vault Config.
          Hosted Vault Configuration page appears.

     b. Click Generate New Configuration.

         New fields appear in the Hosted Vault configuration page.
     c. Response Method: Select Sent to your server as a POST option.
     d. Response URL: Enter your Zenoti’s card payments URL. Your URL will be,    
 </>https://<yourorganizationname>.zenoti.com/common/webmethods/CCPaymentProcessor.aspx</>
         For example, if your organization name is SpaBliss, your URL will be
     </>https://spabliss.zenoti.com/common/webmethods/CCPaymentProcessor.aspx</>
     e. Click Save Changes.

         Your configuration changes are added to the list view.

3. Set up the Hosted Paypage Configurations:
    a. Navigate to Admin > Hosted Paypage configurations.

        Hosted Paypage configurations page appears.
    b. Description: Enter description as Zenoti<centername>.
        For example, if your center is South Granville, the description should be
        Zenoti-South Granville.
    c. Transaction Type: Select Purchase.
    d. Payment Methods: Ensure that Credit Cards is selected.
    e. Response Method: Select Sent to your server as a POST option.
     f. Approved URL: Enter your Zenoti’s card payments URL. Your URL will be,       </>https://<yourorganizationname>.zenoti.com/common/webmethods/CCPaymentProcessor.aspx</>
        For example, if your organization name is SpaBliss, your URL will be
    </>https://spabliss.zenoti.com/common/webmethods/CCPaymentProcessor.aspx</>
    g. Declined URL: Enter same URL that you entered for Approved URL.

   h. Click Save Changes.
       Additional fields such as Use “Enhanced Cancel”, Enable “Response Fallback”,
       Paypage appearance, Response/Receipt Data, and Security Features appear. 

    i. Select the checkbox, Use “Enhanced Cancel”.
    j. Click Configure Response Fields.  

       Response/Receipt Field Configuration page appears.
   k. Select the checkboxes: Return billing details, Return other customer fields,
       Return the txn number, and Return AVS data
.
       Information linked with the checkboxes is included in the transaction response
       or in the receipt.

    l. Click Save Response Settings.
       The response settings you selected are saved.
  m. Click Return to main configuration.
       Hosted Paypage configuration page appears.
   n. Click Save Changes.
       The configurations are saved.You can process online payments received
       through Webstore and can store credit cards of the guests, to their profiles in
       Zenoti.
