Sometimes while booking an appointment or while taking payments, you may not see the membership that your guest has purchased. Therefore, you cannot apply membership benefits. Following are the reasons for not seeing the memberships: 

  • Membership and its benefits are frozen. You can unfreeze the membership to be able to apply the benefits.
  • Membership is set up to be redeemed only at the center where it was purchased. Hence, the guest cannot redeem the same in other centers. Such memberships are indicated as 'Sale center redemption only' under the Sale Center column in the Memberships tab of Guest Profile.
  • Membership is inactive, because it’s activation date is in future. You can make the membership active to be able to apply the benefits.

To make the membership active

  1. Open Guest Details and navigate to the Memberships tab.

   The Memberships tab opens with a list of memberships that your guest has
    purchased.
  2. Identify the membership and change the Purchase Date.

      The membership is now active for the guest and you can now
      apply the membership benefits.
  3. Collect the due payment on the membership.
      The membership gets activated.

Note: If the membership is set up to be redeemed only at the center where it was purchased, the guest cannot redeem such memberships at other centers. Such memberships are indicated as 'Sale center redemption only' in the Memberships tab of Guest Details screen.
