Overview

When you create a job, you can specify the targets you want employees with that job to achieve in a given time period (month). You can then measure employees' performance against these targets. Setting targets in this way are a strategic way for the organization to ensure motivation of employees and keeping them aligned to larger goals of the organization.

Example: You can set targets for various aspects of business such as service revenue, product sales, membership sales, package sales, and gift card sales.
