Zenoti provides the following options to open the Point of Sale (POS) window from an existing appointment:

Option 1: Use the appointment's context menu 

1. In the Appointment Book, create a new appointment or navigate to the appointment that you are collecting payment for.

2. Click the appointment block and select Take Payment from the context menu.

Note: If your organization maintains separate sales for products, you might see a separate Point of Sale - Products option.

The POS window opens with the guest and service/package details automatically listed.
   

Option 2: Use the Appointment Info panel

1. In the Appointment Book, based on whether you are creating a new appointment or using an existing one, open the Appointment Info panel by selecting New Appointment or Modify Appointment from the context menu.

2. In the Appointment Info panel, click Take Payment.

The POS window opens with the guest and service/package details automatically listed.
