Zenoti's enhanced Appointment Book includes new colors, icons, and a new look and feel. Layouts are now more compact and optimized to give essential information at a glance.

Note: The new Appointment Book is not enabled by default yet. Contact Zenoti Support if you want to enable it right away. 

Previously, the Appointment Book displayed its icons and controls in a single panel on the top. See the following image for reference.

The enhanced Appointment Book includes two separate panels of icons and controls for optimized view and usage. See the following image for reference.

Description of Icons and Controls

The following sections describe in the new and enhanced icons and controls available in the top panels of the Appointment Book. 

Icons/Controls in the First Panel

Search box

Now moved to the top-left corner of the Appointment Book, the Search box allows you to look for guests’ profiles, book appointments for them, or take payments from them by typing their name, phone, email, or code.

Calendar

In the same position as before, this control allows you to select the date for the appointments you want to book or view. 

Launch POS icon

An enhanced Launch POS icon that opens the Point of Sale (POS) window.

Note: If your organization maintains separate product sales, the Launch POS icon displays a separate Point of Sale-Products option to take payment for products.
 

Price Check icon

A new icon that allows you to check prices of services, products, packages, and memberships. Learn more

Check-in/Checkout Icon 

Now moved to the right side of the top panel, this icon allows you to check in or check out employees.

Admin Settings icon

In the same position as before, this icon opens the Admin page.
You may not see this icon if you do not have permission to access the Admin settings.

Center drop-down list

Now moved to the top-right corner, this control allows you to switch to the Appointment Book of another center in your organization. Learn more

Vertical View icon

Now moved to the left corner of the second panel, this icon provides a vertical view of the Appointment Book. Learn more

Previously, this icon was a part of the Orientation menu as shown in the following reference image.

Horizontal View icon

Now moved to the left corner of the second panel, this icon provides a horizontal view of the Appointment Book. Learn more

List View icon

Now moved to the left corner of the second panel, this icon provides a list view of the Appointment Book. Learn more

Room icon

Enhanced control in place of the old room icon to display a room-based view of the Appointment Book.

Therapist icon

Enhanced control in place of the old therapist icon to display a therapist-based view of the Appointment Book.

Other view options

New icon for grouped options to filter, save, and edit views, and to sort therapists.

Icons in the Second Panel

Online Booking icon

Enhanced icon in place of the old one to review online bookings before confirming them. 

Follow-up icon

Enhanced icon in place of the old one to follow up on appointments. 

Turnaway/Waitlist icon

Enhanced icon in place of the old one to manage waitlists and turnaways. 

Toggle Appointment Color Codes

Enhanced icon to toggle between Appointment colors for appointments that appear on the Appointment Book. 

Print icon

New icon (in the second panel) in place of the old one to print the Appointment Book. 

Information icon

New icon (in the second panel) in place of the old one for information about the colors and codes of the Appointment Book and the product.
