You can use the Price Check option in the Appointment Book to check prices of services, products, packages, and memberships.

To check prices:

1. If you are not already in the Appointment Book, click the Appointment tab on the main menu to open it.

2. Based on whether or not you are using the new version of the Appointment Book, do one of the following:

  • If you are using the new version of the Appointment Book:
    Click the Price Check icon in the top-right corner of the Appointment Book.

    Note: The icon appears only if you are using the new version.
  • If you are using the old version of the Appointment Book:
    Click an open time slot, and then select Price Check from the context menu.

       The Price Check dialog box appears.

3. Based on the item whose price you want to check, do one of the following:

Check the price of a service

  1. Select the Service tab (usually selected by default).
  2. Start typing the name of the service in the Search field, and then select the item whose price you want to check from the list of suggestions.
    Note: The price displayed for a service is not the customized price you may have defined for certain therapists or rooms, or any member discount pricing.

Check the price of a product

  1. Select the Product tab.
  2. Start typing the name, code, or barcode of the product in the Search field, and then select the item whose price you want to check from the list of suggestions.

Check the price of a day package

  1. Select the Day package tab.     
  2. The Select Package drop-down list displays all the day packages available in your center. Select one.     

Check the price of a package

  1. Select the Package tab.
  2. Based on the center level setting Auto fill packages (available at Admin > Manage Centers > Center Name > Settings tab > Appointment Book), you can either search for an item or select from a drop-down that appears.

Check the price of a membership

  1. Select the Membership tab.
  2. Based on the center level setting Auto fill packages (available at Admin > Manage Centers > Center Name > Settings tab > Appointment Book), you can either search for an item or select from a drop-down that appears.
    Note:
    The Price Check dialog box also displays whether the membership is a       recurring or nonrecurring one.

 4. Close the dialog box to return to the Appointment Book.
