A custom coupon is a personalized discount that is printed on a receipt after a guest makes a payment. The guest can redeem the custom coupon on their next visit.   

To redeem a custom coupon

  1. Launch the Point of Sale (POS) window.
  2. Add the service, product, or membership against which the guest wants to redeem the valid custom coupon.
  3. In the Coupon # field, enter the coupon number and click the arrow button next to it.

      A message appears stating that the coupon has been successfully applied.
   
  3. Click OK.
      Note: If the guest loses the coupon (receipt), you can access the coupon                       information from the Coupons tab on the Guest Details page.

  4. Add any other products or services and proceed to take the payment.
