You can add retail (products) and additional services that a guest took, to the guest’s individual invoice in a Group bill, without navigating to the individual invoice. 

Important: When there is Financial Lock or Invoice Lock, you cannot modify a group invoice.

Add Products to the Invoice

In the Appointment book, click the Appointment Block and select Take Payment (Group Bill) from the menu.

In the group invoice, go to Product tab and add details to an individual invoice:

  1. Invoice: Select the individual invoice to which you need to add a product. 
  2. Product: Start typing the product name and select the product taken by the guest from the list of suggestions. 
  3. Quantity: Enter the number of units of the product the guest wants to buy.
  4. Price: Shows the unit price of the product. 
  5. Sale By: Select the employee name who sold the product to the guest.
  6. Click Add Product.

In the Group Invoice, the cost of the product is added to the individual's invoice, under the Items (Qty) column. 

Important: If the individual has any applicable discounts from memberships for the product purchases then, the benefits are applied automatically (same as they would apply in an individual invoice).

Add Services to the Invoice

In the Appointment book, click the Appointment Block and select
Take Payment (Group Bill) from the menu.

In the group invoice, Go to Service tab and add details to an individual invoice:

  1. Invoice: Select the individual invoice to which you need to add a service. 
  2. Service: Start typing the service name and select the service taken by the guest from the list of suggestions. 
  3. Quantity: Enter the number of times the guest took the service. 
  4. Price: Shows the price of the service for one sitting, and the tax (if any). 
  5. Therapist: Select the provider's name from the drop-down list. 
  6. Room: Select the room. 
  7. Start Time: Enter the service start time. 
  8. End Time: End time is adjusted against the start time you enter, as per the duration of the service. 
  9. Click Add Service.

In the Group Invoice, the cost of the service is added to the individual's invoice, under the Items (Qty) column.

Important: If the individual has any applicable discounts from memberships for the services then, the benefits are applied automatically (same as they would apply in an individual invoice).

Proceed with collecting the payment for the group bill.
