Zenoti provides more than one way to book an appointment—from the Appointment Book's context menu and Search box, and from the Point of Sale (POS) window. 

The recommended way, however, is to book appointments from your Appointment Book, so you can capture all the important details related to your guests and services, and then collect payment using the POS window.

You can use the Appointment Book's context menu or Search box to book appointments for services and packages.

As an alternative, you can use the POS window, if:

  • You are selling a product, membership, prepaid card, or gift card
  • You have many walk-in guests and do not have the time to create appointments from scratch
