Zenoti allows you to customize packages for guests based on their choice of services. You can then use the Appointment Book to easily book services that are part of the custom package.  

Important: You can book appointments for the services in a custom package only after the guest has paid for the custom package. 

To book an appointment for services in a custom package

  1. In the Appointment Book, click an open slot, and then select New Appointment.
    The Appointment Info panel opens.
  2. Specify the guest details.   
  3. If the selected guest has any associated custom packages, a Packages link appears at the bottom of the panel. Click the Packages link. 

A list of custom packages that the guest has paid for appears in the Benefits tab of the Package Details page. The tab displays the services that are part of the custom package.

   4. Click the Add icon next to the services you want to book.
       The Appointment Info panel displays the appointment with details of each service         in the custom package, including price and schedule details.

      5. Click Save.
           You can now view the custom package appointment in the Appointment Book.
