1. Launch the POS window.
  2. In the guest details section on top of the POS window, specify the guest's details based on whether the guest is new or an existing one.
  • If new: Enter all the mandatory guest details as configured for your organization. Zenoti creates a new record for the guest.  
  • If existing: Type the first name, last name, or the mobile number of the guest, and select a matching profile from the list of auto suggestions.

    Note:
    When you search for a guest with the across centers option enabled, the guest profile that appears could be from your center or from your entire organization, depending on your organization and center settings.
